We develop and manufacture intelligent automated thermal modules for residential central heating systems for newly built apartment blocks that need to be adapted to the green building standard and energy efficient buildings.
Evinox Technology Hub presents the innovative heating system with operating interface, ModuSat®, which offers end users real possibilities of increasing thermal efficiency and reducing costs at the same time.

At the EU level, there is a directive from 2013, Nearly Zero Energy Buildings, through which each state must transpose into its own legislation. In Romania it was more difficult to translate. In practice, there are strong and stringent energy efficiency standards for all newly constructed buildings. Initially on the public area, now also on the residential area. Residential complexes no longer qualify for the energy efficiency score when installing individual wall-mounted gas boilers because it is a rather inefficient heating system with very high emissions.

The systems we produce are a very good answer to the challenge that developers of new residential complexes have.

They are prefabricated modules in which heat exchangers are integrated, basically a central room that exists in houses, but they are for apartments.

Currently, the company has an ongoing investment project, which could bring a doubling of the turnover. In the future, we aim for a considerable increase in profit, especially since we have an investment project that we are going to implement and based on it we hope to increase our turnover, productivity and profitability respectively.
