The ModuSat® heating system, produced in Romania, in Brașov, was designed to give apartment owners and tenants in residential complexes the opportunity to independently and quickly obtain domestic hot water and heat agent for heating. Evinox claims that the solution is suitable for small apartments, residential complexes, luxury apartments, care centers for the elderly and student dormitories.

The ModuSat® concept combines the benefits of centralized heating energy generation, with the high level of independence provided by the individual preparation and metering, within each apartment, of domestic hot water and thermal energy.

The design of the ModuSat® system allows users the same control as individual boilers or boilers. In addition, it includes a meter for measuring the energy used and water consumed according to each situation, at apartment or house level, and offers solutions for both heating and cooling.

ModuSat® systems contain a built-in hot water storage tank, or a combined heating and cooling unit that can either provide stored hot water or instantly heat water, providing complete temperature control.

The system is equipped with an ultrasonic meter, certified by MID, Class 2, which registers the consumption of each user with the highest degree of precision.

Evinox PaySmart™ allows tenants control over their own energy bills, they can pay only for the energy they use and thus eliminate any unpaid bills or debts. Through the PaySmart™ functionality, the control panel records data about the amount of the credit and adjusts it according to the energy used until the end of the credit.

The system in each apartment can be completely controlled remotely, allowing also the diagnosis of technical errors and the testing of the functioning of the components. Through these functions, users can remotely set the comfort level of heat and hot water and constantly check consumption using a web or mobile interface.
